Nick Stauffer is a proud alumnus of the University of Arkansas. He maintains both a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Organizational Leadership. During his enrollment at the University of Arkansas, Stauffer was passionate about making his mark on the campus community. He maintained membership within various student-led organizations, including Kappa Alpha Order, Student Outreach and Involvement Experience, Associated Student Government, National Residence Hall Honorary, Resident Assistant Senate, Transit, Parking & Traffic Committee Member, Volunteer Action Center, Southwest Affiliate for College and University Residence Halls and National Affiliate for College and University Residence Halls.
Resident Assistant
During his time at the University of Arkansas, Nick Stauffer maintained the rolle of Resident Assistant (RA). One of his earliest managerial style roles, Stauffer’s experience as an RA set the foundation for his strengths as a strong communicator and leader. In this role, he took a hands-on role in fostering a positive and productive community on the University of Arkansas campus. Stauffer was recognized for his accomplishments as an RA numerous times, both in the Student Affairs Bulletin and as a Senior of Significance.
Professional Experience
Nick Stauffer currently works as a Senior Training and Development Specialist at MacLean-Fogg Company. He previously stood as a Transformational PM after being promoted from the role of Human Resources (HR) PM at another company. In the latter role, Stauffer was responsible for spearheading change management and training for global transformation within the outfit.
